There is a korean food cooking certificate that Korea itself qualifies. Unlike western cultures qualify a cook within few years of cookery course, Korean gives away the certification by passing the exam; written test and performance test. They have 50% passing rate for the written, 30% for the performance. Which is not quite easy. Some say "you can pass the exam if you study only about 3days, 5 hours, etc." Well, some might possible have the exam for 'just certificate'. But I personally don't recommand if you are the same.
I've lived over half of my entire life oversea not in Korea, I never really longed for a Kimchi or bowl of rice. I am a crazy korean who doesn't need those. As a stranger's perspective Korean Food means love and understanding to me, which is the reason why it becomes fine beauty. I am more intrigued and attracted by it. Again, that's why I am running this blog.
Do not get blind by those sayings, but focus on what you are studying. I will always be here to be the one whom you can count on.
